We welcome the official declaration of assets by the President and Vice President. This clearly complies with the requirements of the Nigerian Constitution as contained in Chapter VI Section 140. However, the declaration before the Code of Conduct alone falls far short of the commitment to publicly declare their assets.”“SERAP recalls that the President had said before the election that he would publicly declare his assets and liabilities, and encourage all his appointees to publicly declare their assets and liabilities as a pre-condition for appointment.
More drama for Davido as another lady is laying claim to him on Instagram. She just got a tattoo of him and claims ,they are inlove..She once claimed she has a baby for him and even openly questioned Davido when news of his new baby hit the internet .. Ironically, she has never shared a photo of them together..I think Davido was smart enough to not let her take pics with him..lol
facebook to slam his family for ruining him.One of those slammed is his brother Rotimi Adebayor who he accused of stealing his valuables and even phones from a football Academy in France. In a new interview with Sun,Rotimi tells his side of the story
Are the allegations levelled against you untrue?

I have my own story as well but ‘Omo ti owo e o ti te eeku ida ko gbodo bere iku ti o pa baba re’ (A child who is yet to take control of the sword should not seek reasons for his father’s death)But you have apologized to him; did he accept your plea?
No response from him yet. I apologised because he is my elder brother and we have resolved so settle issues amicably. My elder sister advised us to bury the hatchet.
Yes I have. The thing is that sponsors of such do not realise that such evil campaigns usually turn out a publicity campaign for their victims. I was actually working on set when they started that rumour and suddenly my phone line became inundated with calls. A lot of people were crying and raising concern. And I told them that I was alive and kicking. That death-rumour incident made me to realise how much people loved me. It even made me more popular. The evil peddlers had only added many more years to my life. So, I don’t care about what people say about me.On her husband, the mother of one said
This morning,Nicki reposted a message about God blessing the woman who holds her own,and can bring their own to the table and still be loya..Meek then reposted his own message saying money ain't everything..Nicki then posted some hot photos ,Meek then posted a pic in a Maybach and said even bosses have feelings...
This is what happens when you flaunt your 'new'' relationship on social media,it becomes everybody's business..
I never knew I was going to become a musician. I went to Davido’s studio with a friend and that was where I met Shizzy. He came up with the idea of doing a song to eulogise Akpabio. I told him I did not have money to record a song and he still went ahead to compose a beat for me. Davido fell in love with the beat and wanted it for himself. At the end of the day, we all came together, came up with lyrics and recorded the song.
I ask Nigerians to please bear with us; a lot of damage has been done. You can look at our infrastructure in 1999 and now and you will appreciate this,” he said.“Nigeria prays a lot; we need to even pray the more for luck so that the expectations our people have, especially the youth, would be met,” he said.Nigeria has to be well secured and efficiently managed; this is what the APC is all about.More photos from the Inauguration gala below
“This was why the legacy parties made the sacrifice of jettisoning their personal ambitions, tried to come together and took the bull by the horn and therefore brought it down and slaughtered it literally.’’
I don’t think so, because I don’t think there is any man that can handle me apart from my husband. Not because I am a bad person, it is because I am a very strong personality. I can understand why a lot of female artistes find it very difficult to find the right person.
When you achieve some kind of success, you become really confused as to who really loves you for who you are. It’s not really easy, it is very hard finding those people who really love you. If you are not a very grounded person, you can also contribute in some kind of way to your own problems and so I might have contributed to my own problems.

'When you're the absolute best, you get hated on the most,' 'Its a tough world out there, you're gonna prepare yourself for politics, bad bosses, hating employees and usually when you're the absolute best you get hated on the most,' 'Even for me as a successful musician to make a transition was really all but impossible. People always try to box you for what they know you best for.'If it's in your gut, if it's in your soul, there's no worldly possessions that should come between you and your expression.'I always had to be accepted to love, and I empathize with anyone in this era whose ever loved fashion. He also gushed about his 23-month-old daughter North saying:
Trader Ali Bakomi said the bomber was pushing a wheelbarrow and then joined a crowd of people in front of the mosque in the biggest city in Nigeria's troubled northeast.
Officials told Borno state Gov. Kashim Shettima that the bomber killed himself and 16 other people.
The bombing came hours after rocket-propelled grenades exploded into homes before dawn. They killed at least 13 people and injured more, according to resident Idrissa Mandara.

In a series of shocking allegations that have left his parents heartbroken, a 21-year-old undergraduate, Demilade Osholonge, who was initially reported as kidnapped, has accused his father and mother of engaging in occultism which he alleged was behind the many spiritual attacks he had been experiencing since he was 17.
Demilade spoke with Punch in hiding, maintaining that he would never return home to his father, Mr. Fatayi Osholonge, a lawyer and his mother, Olufunke, who is an evangelist.
Soft-spoken, with a mien that gave a hint of the affluent home he came from (a fact he confirmed), Demilade went into a narration that sounded much like a story out of a novel.
He told our correspondent,
“It started when I was 10 years old and I started to see a young boy with blood coming out of his mouth.Sometimes, I saw the boy in a dream, sometimes I saw him even when I was wide awake but I was always the only one seeing him. I told my parents about it but they waved it off as mere dreams.
“ I feel really bad for the Nigerians calling President Jonathan a hero. Hero to who please?” she asked disdainfully. “ Why waste your saliva and brain on someone who has brought poverty, national blackout, danger, unemployment, terror and insecurity to our dear nation.Don’t get me wrong, he was my president before now. His wife is even from my mum’s village, Ogu Bolo in Okrika and I know her home. So, they are my people. But my dear, he disappointed me. Someone that has seen poverty before but was blessed by God to change mankind. What did he do?She also took on those who worked under the former president ,she said
He forgot us and started forming ‘big man’ for Nigerians. I bet he thought the world was his. Thank God for his mercy for not allowing him to come back to complete his mission of doom"
BUHARI AND JONATHAN : A BEAUTIFUL EXCHANGE
In the last few days, I was honored to photograph really closely as Nigeria made its final transition from one government to the next. Away from the view of every one, as President Jonathan took President Buhari on a tour of the presidential villa, I witnessed something really Sacred:THEY WERE HOLDING EACH OTHERS HANDS.It was a divine moment...Unguarded .. Side by side: SERVANTS and KINGS. Paving way and making way to and for a greener land.
ITS MORNING NIGERIA.. we must wake up ...postured to do the same:supporting each other as we walk towards the change we seek.
Hey Emeh and my beautiful MPN fam...
Am a girl of 23 and I have never loved anyone not even a crush on anyone. I've never been in relationship either I try all I can but my heart won't listen it's like am incapable of love and this is so frustrating, please I don't need bashing or cussing you guys should I be worried or is something wrong with me.This is the first time I'll say this out and it actually makes me feel better.
I can't complain, GOD has been good to me. Last night I broke down in tears, it hit me that all I used to pray for, so many things I had on my prayer list, he has done. The beauty about God is he is not w noise maker, he does and over does and keeps doing. You have to shut yourself away from the word sometimes to take stock of your life. When you do, you realise suddenly your prayer list has gotten shorter and shorter, he did it, while I slept he did it. #BlessedI understand where she's coming from..
Thugs suspected to be APC loyalists in Nasarawa State on Friday beat Daily Trust correspondent in the state, Mr. Hir Joseph to astate of coma during Governor TankoAl-Makura’s inauguration in Lafia, the state capital.
It was learnt that the thugs were angry over an analysis the reporter made on President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Al-Makura recently.
Saturday PUNCH also learnt that the thugs also accused Joseph of writing unwanted reports in the state.
The incident occurred at 11.30 am, shortly after the governor and his deputy, Mr. Salias Agara, took their oaths of office at the Lafia parade ground.
Saturday PUNCH correspondent who was at the scene of the event noted that security operatives were able to rescue Joseph after throwing teargas canisters at the miscreants and chasing them away.
Mr. Shettima, who took an oath of office to serve for yet another four years alongside his deputy, Zannah Mustapha, said he would lobby the new federal government of President Muhammadu Buhari to consider granting amnesty to the militants.
“I do not intend to spoil the celebration mood today but I simply cannot ignore the fact that as we are gathered here, looking good and so full of excitement, thousands of our fellow sons and daughters of Borno, old and young, including babies that are few days old, are displaced in their own land and country,”
Bianca Guthrie reckons her resemblance to the singer has constantly ruined her life.
Stylist Bianca, now 25, says she has been stopped on the street more than a thousand times by autograph and selfie-hunters confusing her for the 27-year-old Bajan stunner - and it's driving men away.
She has even done her best to get away from looking like the singer by adopting new styles - which she says ,Rih Rih then copies. She said:
“I don’t have issues with Tonto Dikeh, I just don’t like it when someone feels because she is bigger than another person, she can trample down on them. Pearl is my protégé and my sister and I felt that she was being cheated, so I spoke on her behalf. I hate it when someone who feels she is big in the society cheats another person who seems smaller in class,”On the source of her wealth, she says
Sometime last year, I had this re-orientation. It’s easier to make songs that are not sensible and it will be a hit overnight. We have done it before. I was with Don Jazzy in the studio and he said I have to start recording new songs. I had told him before then that I wanted to start doing socially conscious songs.
It took us weeks to deliberate if we should go that route or stick to our normal party music. We tried it out and I have started getting positive feedbacks. I am yet to visit any blog that writes negative comments about the songs. When you actually sing something reasonable, people will reason and understand you.I have realised that you just have to put out music that people can get something out of. Even it’s a party music; it should still have a message in it. Fela did it. He had great songs and they had a message. On how he intends to make his music evergreen
The Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, has hailed president Buhari's inaugural speech.According to the statement issued by the governor’s Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, the governor said
“the content of the President’s speech showed a man who is desirous of making a success of his administration.Nigerians, including those who voted and did not vote for President Buhari were eagerly waiting for his inaugural speech.
The speech, if followed in practice, shows that he is ready to govern Nigeria and it is a sign that the president is ready to live above board and lead a government that accommodates all.
“It is my prayer that the Almighty Allah will grant our president the courage and wherewithal to make a success of his administration and further deepen democratic governance, especially in a confederation like Nigeria, by sustaining rule of law,”
The Lagos chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party has described the performance of former Governor of Lagos, Babatunde Fashola, as dismal and largely based on propaganda.
In a statement issued by its Publicity Secretary, Mr. Taofik Gani, the party stated that it did not expect Ambode to act differently in terms of running his administration based on propaganda.
“While we hope the best for Lagos State, it is our objective projection that Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode may not depart from the propagandist government now institutionalised in the state by Governor Fashola. It is, however, our wish that the state prospers and so we admonish Ambode to get close to God and jettison ‘godfatherism’ in order to make any appreciable success. By upholding this tenet, Mr. Ambode will implement policies for the people and not continue in the manner that (suggests) the state economy is in the hands of a godfather.
Fani-Kayode said..I belong to everybody and I belong to nobody.A few people have privately voiced fears that on coming back to office I shall go after them. These fears are groundless. There will be no paying off old scores. The past is prologue.

"I demand that I climax. I think women should demand that. I have a friend who's never had an orgasm in her life. In her life! That hurts my heart. It's cuckoo to me. We always have orgasm interventions where we, like, show her how to do stuff. We'll straddle each other, saying, 'You gotta get on him like that and do it like this.' She says she's a pleaser. I'm a pleaser, but it's fifty-fifty."On using sex toys
